You are warmly invited to attend Open Clasp’s Annual General Meeting and Living Archive Event on Thursday 11th June 2026, an opportunity for members, supporters and partners to come together to celebrate, review the year, look ahead to 2027 and look back at what we have done since we first started in 1998.

Event timings:

11am- Living Archive event opens, arrivals, tea & coffee available

12pm- Light buffet served

12.30pm- Open Clasp welcome and introduction

12.45pm- Open Clasp AGM

1.30pm- AGM ends, Living Archive remains open

2.30pm- Event ends
