You are warmly invited to attend Open Clasp’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday 11th June 2026, an opportunity for members, supporters and partners to come together to celebrate and review the year and look ahead to 2027.
As part of this year’s AGM, we’re hosting a Living Timeline — an interactive installation that brings together moments from Open Clasp’s feminist theatre archive through performance and shared storytelling. The event invites you to spend time with the company’s history, revisiting past work and engaging with the voices and experiences that have shaped it.
We will be joined by some of Open Clasp’s co-creators and Gold Star Members as part of the installation, as well as seeing them support the official AGM.
We hope you will share this event with us along with food, conversation and moments of celebration.

Event timings:
11am- Living Archive event opens, arrivals, tea & coffee available
12pm- Light buffet served
12.30pm- Open Clasp welcome and introduction
12.45pm- Open Clasp AGM
1.30pm- AGM ends, Living Archive remains open
2.30pm- Event ends
