Be an activist. Be a changemaker. Open Clasp is on the lookout for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Marketing Assistantto join our small but mighty team!
As a new addition to our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful marketing campaign plans for our productions, community events, and training programs. Your responsibilities will include scheduling social media content, supporting the creation of engaging written and multimedia content, and monitoring our website and social media analytics.
At Open Clasp, we aim to Change the World, One Play at a Timeby placing theatre at the heart of transforming the lives of disadvantaged women and girls. Our work is informed by the lived experiences of all women and girls, and we are proud to challenge injustice wherever we find it.
About You:Are you passionate about empowering women and girls through the arts? Do you have experience in marketing and PR, with an interest in the charity sector? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn, share ideas, and collaborate, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Reporting to: Executive Director
Part Time: Fixed Term for 1 year with the intention to renew, part time 21 hours per week.
Salary: £23,757 pro rata (Scale 5 -12 A1)
Holidays: 28 days holiday a year pro rata plus bank holidays
