We are Recruiting for an Executive Director/Joint Chief Executive

We are looking to appoint an entrepreneurial and ambitious Executive Director to work in partnership with the Artistic Director and the board to ensure the company is in a position to take full advantage of the substantial opportunities available to it. This brand new post will ensure that Open Clasp builds on its significant track record of creating high quality theatre with, by and for women and girls, and that it continues to grow as an organisation representing marginalised voices regionally, nationally and internationally.

This is a unique opportunity for an enterprising and creative woman who is motivated to join a thriving company making risk-taking and powerful theatre for discussion and debate.

Purpose of the Role

To work with the Artistic Director and the board to ensure the organisation is in a position to fully exploit strategic opportunities and partnerships, is financially robust, and that systems and processes are in place which make the organisation fit for purpose as it continues to grow and thrive.
