We are looking for a woman with exceptional organisational and financial management skills who will work with colleagues to ensure that Open Clasp builds on its significant track record of creating high quality theatre with, by and for women and girls, and that it thrives as an organisation representing marginalised voices regionally, nationally and internationally.

Purpose of the Role
Ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership in financial and operational matters, including budget development and management, annual audit and associated reporting to funders and stakeholders. Managing IT, HR and governance, and developing and supporting income generation and fundraising.
